El suscrito como Secretario de la Asamblea NacionalConstituyente durante el período reglamentario deja constancia que firma la Constitución Política de Colombia de1991 en dicho carácter, después de haber revisado el textodefinitivo y encontrado que él corresponde esencialmenteal articulado aprobado en segundo debate por la mencionada corporación en sus sesiones de los días 28, 29 y 30de junio y 1º, 2 y 3 de julio de 1991. The undersigned, as Secretary of the National Constituent Assembly during the regulatory period, certifies that he signs the Political Constitution of Colombia of 1991 in said capacity, after having reviewed the final text and found that it essentially corresponds to the articles approved in the second debate by the aforementioned body in its sessions on June 28, 29, and 30 and July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 1991. This alone constitutes his endorsement by signing on this date.
